Anniversary special! Exeter Vegan Market is one year old and July’s market includes the chance to win a spectacular birthday cake made by Exeter’s Rabbit Vegan Café. Turn up to the market for a chance of winning, full details of how to enter here.

Exeter Vegan Market 1st birthday cake

The market runs on Saturday 20th July from 10-2.30pm at Exeter Corn Exchange, Market Street, EX1 1BW. Entry is FREE.

Parking, bus and rail info here. The market is on the first floor, with access by stairs or two lifts. If you have problems using the lifts please ring the number by the bottom lift doors, or ask someone to come up the stairs to let us know so that we can help The venue does not allow dogs, except assistance dogs.

The aim of the market is to promote veganism and cruelty free living to protect animals and the environment. Help us reduce waste – please bring your own bags and food containers!

EFFA consists of a wide diversity of people who campaign locally in Exeter on animal issues. If you would like to join EFFA, please come and chat at the stall in the main foyer! EFFA will also have info on other campaigns.

The Fringe Hangout Space

Join the conversation, come and have a chat about any aspect of veganism and ask questions. With friendly people, comfy seats, vegan jenga and a recipe book table for inspiration. You’ll find the Fringe in the room directly behind you as you come up the stairs.

The Big Kebabski
Will have “chicken” style seitan in BBQ sauce or hemp pesto, served with salads and sauces. Street food business with their own trailer, specialising in vegan kebabs. All food is homemade according to their unique recipes.

Li’l Mama’s Vegan Kitchen *NEW
Will have fully loaded vegan kebabs, Caribbean Buddha bowls and Caribbean curry wraps. Li’l Mama provides a vegan meal delivery service in and around Torbay. (see photo above).

The Really Good Food Co
Will have paninis: breakfast panini; mama’s marinara with ‘meat’ balls; harissa roasted veg; and green griller. They’ll also have filled artisan baguettes: chuna salad; beetroot falafel; waldorf; and coronation chicken style. (see photo below)

Hot Drinks also available with all proceeds to EFFA. Only £1.00. You can also refill your water bottles in the drinks area.

Vegan food tasters! Come and try out a variety of vegan cheese tasters from Bute Island and Seasons Exeter so you can find the one you like best. Plus tasters from Moo Free.

Rich chocolate brownies, layer cakes, tray bakes and sweet treats along with a range of picnic-style savouries and slices. All freshly handmade in Exeter, all gluten free.

BASE Info Shop
BASE is a vegan community co-operative in Bristol. Famous for its Sunday evening meals run by volunteers. They’ll be selling radical books, stickers, CDs, and zines as a fundraiser.
