Restaurants/cafes

Exeter also has all the usual coffee house chains, i.e. Costa, Caffè Nero and Starbucks, plus a Pret A Manger, which serve soya and other dairy milk alternatives plus a few vegan food options (mainly Pret, but the range is increasing all the time, so if you hear of any more please let us know! )

Cruelty-free cosmetics

Many own-brand products available at chain stores such as Sainsbury, Superdrug, Co-op and Marks & Spencer (Autograph range) also carry the leaping bunny logo and many are labelled vegan or vegetarian (see their websites for details).

Hairdressers

Paul Mitchell Salons
Not all products are vegan, but many of them are. The company are firmly against animal testing and do not operate in Chinese markets (where animal testing is compulsory). There is a list of all their salons across Devon on their website (note that some Paul Mitchell approved salons also use other products).
